TAILORED BUILD

BUILT AROUND YOU. DESIGNED FOR LIFE.

Your vision. Your lifestyle. Your home.

At NOVOHOME, we believe your home should reflect the way you live, what you value, and where you want to go. Our Tailored Build service gives you the flexibility to personalise your home design, materials, finishes and features, creating a home that feels uniquely yours.

Whether you have a clear vision or need guidance to bring your ideas together, we work with you to develop a home that balances individual style, practical functionality and lasting quality.

YOUR HOME, YOUR WAY

Every family is different. Your home should be too.

Tailored Build gives you the opportunity to make considered choices throughout the design and building process, helping you create a home that suits your lifestyle, preferences and budget.

PERSONALISE YOUR DESIGN

Work with our team to explore layouts, room configurations and architectural details that reflect how you live. From open-plan living to private retreats and flexible family spaces, we help shape a home around your needs.

SELECT YOUR FINISHES

Choose from a considered range of materials, colours, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and fittings to establish a consistent look and feel throughout your home.

MAKE SPACE FOR YOUR LIFESTYLE

Whether you enjoy entertaining, need room for a growing family or prefer quiet spaces to unwind, we help you consider the details that make everyday living more comfortable and enjoyable.

BALANCE STYLE AND FUNCTION

A beautiful home should work beautifully too. We consider storage, natural light, circulation, privacy and practical everyday use alongside your preferred design aesthetic.

FROM IDEAS TO A COHESIVE PLAN

A successful tailored build begins with understanding your priorities.

We work with you to establish your brief, explore suitable design options and identify the choices that matter most. Our team then helps coordinate the key elements of your project, bringing design, materials and construction considerations together into a clear direction.

Our tailored build process includes:

• Understanding your lifestyle, preferences and project requirements

• Exploring design possibilities and layout options

• Selecting materials, finishes and key features

• Coordinating design and construction considerations

• Working towards an agreed scope, budget and programme

• Delivering a home designed around your brief

The available options will depend on your site, design, budget, consent requirements and stage of the project.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN. LASTING VALUE.

Tailoring your home is about more than choosing colours and finishes. It is about making decisions that support how you live today while considering how your needs may change over time.

We focus on practical planning, considered detailing and material choices that contribute to a cohesive home. By addressing important decisions early, we help create a clearer path from the initial concept through to construction.

A MORE PERSONAL BUILDING EXPERIENCE

Your home is a significant investment. We aim to make the process clear, collaborative and well organised, with communication and coordination at every important stage.

From the first conversation to the final details, NOVOHOME works towards a result that reflects your priorities and brings your vision to life.
