OUR STORY

A DIFFERENT WAY TO BUILD

NOVOHOME was created from a simple belief: building should be about more than putting materials together.

It should be about creating places that are thoughtfully designed, carefully built and made for the way people live, work and connect.

We saw an opportunity to bring together the things that matter most to a successful project — good design, quality construction, trusted suppliers, practical expertise and the right support — into one connected platform.

That idea became NOVOHOME.

FROM HOMES TO A PLATFORM

NOVOHOME began with a focus on creating better homes.

We believe a home should reflect the people who live in it — practical for everyday life, thoughtfully designed and built to last.

As our experience and capabilities have grown, so has our vision.

Today, NOVOHOME extends across custom homes, house & land, subdivision & build, commercial construction, medical environments and specialist fit-outs.

And through NOVOHOME LIVING, we are extending that vision into the spaces and products that shape everyday life.

Different projects. One principle:

Understand the need. Design with purpose. Build with care.

DESIGN & QUALITY

The name NOVOHOME represents the standards we pursue in everything we do — design and quality.

We believe great design is not simply about how a space looks. It is about how it works, how it feels and how well it serves the people who use it.

Quality is not simply about materials. It is reflected in every decision — from planning and procurement to construction, finishing and completion.

That is why we consider design and delivery together from the beginning.

BUILT AROUND PEOPLE

Every project starts with people.

A family building a home has different needs from a medical practice, commercial business or property developer.

Our role is to understand those needs and bring together the right people, expertise, products and support to make the project happen.

Through our wider network, NOVOHOME connects design, construction, supply and finance support, creating a more seamless experience from the first idea to completion.

LOOKING AHEAD

Our vision is to build more than individual projects.

We are building a platform that connects homes, spaces, products, services and people across New Zealand.

From a first home to a larger commercial or medical environment, every NOVOHOME project carries the same commitment:

Thoughtful Design. Quality Construction. Better Living.

NOVOHOME, BUILT FOR LIFE.
